To further implement and deepen the practice activities of Party History learning and education, “Do practical things for the masses”, to further consolidate the effectiveness of the subject education of “Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind” and the studying of the Four Party Historical Books(“Party History”, “History of New China”, “History of Reform and Opening-up”, ”History of Social Development”), and to promote the highly-efficient advancement of the college, School of Business Administration organized a symposium for young teachers in the afternoon of May 12. Representatives of teachers from different professions, representatives of Party members of different Party branches, teacher representatives from the administrative office, and student counselors representatives attended this symposium. Through face-to-face communication, this symposium aimed to know about the obstacles encountered by young teachers in their academic teaching, science research, occupation, and daily living, to listen to the young teachers' suggestions and countermeasures on the problems of the college's development. Accordingly, teachers raised questions and suggestions respectively on teaching workload, syllabus stipulation, students’ professional guidance, as well as the use of office equipment.Wang Xiaoguang, Dean of School of Business Administration,andSecretary Li Weidong expressed their gratitude to the young teachers for their questions and suggestionsraised, and made corresponding answers,claimingthat they wouldinvestigateandhandlethe existing problemspromptly,and the intractable problemswould be reflected to the higher authorities.
