On the afternoon of November 10th, School of Business Administration held “The 3rdIntramural Selection Competition of University Young Teachers Teaching Competition” in the large seminar room of the Teacher Development Center of Songjiang Campus. Wang Xiaoguang, Dean of School of Business Administration, Guo Hubin, Director of Logistics Management, Xubin, The 2ndUniversity Young Teachers Teaching Competition award-winner, and Yao Dike, Faculty Teaching Supervisor served as judges. Five young teachers from different professions in School of Business Administration participated in this competition.

According to the sequence decided by lottery before the competition, the contestants conducted a 20-minute class teaching demonstration and a 3-minute teaching reflection in turn. The teaching procedure presented by the five teacher contestants complied with the course syllabus and managerial practice, and organically integrated the curriculum ideology and politics with the teaching contents. Chen Ying, one of the teacher contestants instructed the principle of revenue method with the case introduction. The teacher, Xue Ming introduced the course via vivid videos, with pictures and texts that describe the European architecture section of the Building Architecture course. While Li Kang, Ma Shanshan, these two teachers respectively selected the chapters of "Entrepreneurial Teams" and "Entrepreneurial Risks" in the Entrepreneurship Foundation course for presentation. And the last teacher contestant, Chen Yu combined with the case of Huawei, focused on teaching and demonstrating the chapter "Evolution of Organizational Structure" of the course of Management. Participating teachers showed their distinctive teaching style with skillful teaching and great vitality. Finally, the teacher, Chen Yu won the first place and Xue Ming won the second place in “The 3rdIntramural Selection Competition of University Young Teachers Teaching Competition”. The two teachers will participate in “TheUniversity Young Teachers Teaching Competition” on behalf of School of Business Administration.

The judge, Yao Dike, made the intent comments on the performance of these contestants. This competition provided a platform for young teachers to exchange their teaching experience and skills, to encourage young teachers to continuously improve their teaching qualities. This Intramural Selection Competition was successfully concluded.
