To comprehensively implement the Spirit of Education Plan and improve students’ ability to put theoretical knowledge into practice, and to cultivate the applied talents with innovation spirit and problem-solving capacity, “The 11th Management Decision Making Simulation Competition” hosted by the School of Business Administration and co-organized by the Business Association was successfully completed On November 7.
A total of 129 students of 36 teams from distinguished Schools of Accounting, Economics and Trade, Finance, Business Administration, Finance and Taxation registered for this contest.
This contest initially started on October 8, and after the on-campus training, association training contest, on-campus practice contest, and on-campus preliminaries, 15 teams finally entered the on-campus final. Owing to the epidemic influence, the live finals, originally planned to hold on Songjiang campus, were held online on November 7. Teacher Gao Lingling will monitor the finals by video via Tencent conference. At the next stage, the winning teams would represent the University in 2022 national competition.
The contest adheres to the policy of "Promoting Learning with Competitions, Deepening Teaching with Competitions, Combining Teaching with Competitions", its form of the “Second Class” constructs a discipline contest system integrated with the curriculum system, and promotes the improvement of students' comprehensive ability.
